Friends

This picture is wonderfully named. When I saw the thumbnail, the first thing I thought of was how it captured the very image of companionship. The smile on the girl's face shows such joy and energy that I get the impression the dog either just had licked her face or was about to do so.

And I think it's a wonderful image of this particular breed, since they have such a terrible reputation. The way the two are reacting to one another is something I think you 'snagged' beautifully.

I also like the way you have the background blurred so that it doesn't detract from the focus of the image or draw the viewer's eye away from the cheeriness of this pair.
